Located in the heart of Sapanca, our exclusive complex of 10 fully private 3+1 villas offers a perfect blend of modern living comfort and the tranquillity of nature. Designed with high-quality features and aesthetic details, each villa provides an exceptional sense of comfort. Our facilities include a sauna, Turkish bath, fireplace, heated pool, and barbecue areas, ensuring both relaxation and unforgettable moments with your loved ones. NOTE: Children up to 6 years old stay free of charge. With the option of sofa bed accommodation, the maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

The listed prices apply for 1-4 guests. Additional charges apply for 5 or more guests.

Extra Guest Fee: 1,000 TL

Child Fee (Ages 6-12): 500 TL

NOTE: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for bookings that include Saturday.

Although our villas are advertised as secluded, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. A 10% visibility margin should always be considered. The images of our villas are taken using a wide-angle lens, which may cause objects to appear larger or smaller than their actual size.

Location

Due to the geographical nature of the area, access to some villas may include steep or unpaved roads. Additionally, as many of our villas are located in rural settings, encounters with local wildlife (such as insects, flies, or bees) are possible.
